How to Visualize One Pound of Fat

Can You Visualize One Pound of Fat?

Are you the visual type? Here's any easy way to visualize one pound of body fat:  Butter!

Four sticks of butter is roughly one pound of fat.

The next time you're in the grocery store, stop by the dairy section and look at a package of butter (the box that holds 4 sticks).  Hold a package in your hand.  Gather up three or four in your hands. You'll be amazed at the amount of volume taken up by just one pound.

Imagine carrying around 4 or 5 of these boxes all day... or 15 boxes or 20.  Imagine how your body would feel if you lost the equivalent amount of body fat.

Most overweight people can lose 10 pounds in a month.

Imagine 10 packages (40 sticks) of butter stacked up on your kitchen counter.  In a short 30 days, you can easily lose the equivalent amount of body fat.

The improvements in your health, your self-esteem and your appearance would be enormous.

The next time your looking for some weight loss inspiration, think of butter!
