Settings

The Settings page is used to capture important account information like your name, birth date, current weight and height. Using the information gathered here, Graphite computes your Daily Calorie Baseline, which reflects the number of calories you can consume and not gain weight, assuming little or no exercise. (See lower right side of screenshot).

Graphite uses your Daily Calorie Baseline to help you set calorie budgets for eating and exercise in the Goals page. See “Goals” below.

Goals

The next step in your weight loss adventure is to specify your weight loss goal and your calorie budgets for eating and exercise. Graphite helps you set calorie budgets that make sense for you. Some people prefer to eat less and exercise less. Some prefer to eat more and exercise more. It's completely up to you.

Using the slider, you can adjust the mix between your calorie consumption goal (eating) and your calorie burn goal (exercise). The activities and durations displayed on the right side of the page are sample activities displayed to provide you with an indication of the amount of exercise you are choosing.

Keep in mind that you can make adjustments to this page at any time.

Facebook Connect
